Accommodation
Please tell me about changing or cancelling a reservation.
Once a reservation has been made, it cannot be changed. If you wish to make changes, please make a new reservation. If you wish to cancel, please follow the instructions in the email automatically sent to you when your reservation is confirmed, or use the link below. If you made a reservation via a website other than the official website, please follow the instructions on the reservation site where you made your reservation to change or cancel your reservation.

Confirmation / cancellation of reservations


Is there an accommodation fee for children sharing a bed?
Preschool children age 6 and under can stay free of charge if they share a bed with their parents. Up to two children can share a bed with one adult, but an additional fee will be charged for three or more children.
Children aged 7 and over will be charged regardless of whether or not they require a bed or meals. Please check the accommodation fees using the link below.

Confirmation / cancellation of reservations


What are the check-in and check-out times?
Check-in is from 15:00 (final check-in 24:00), and check-out is by 11:00.
※Check-in and check-out times may vary depending on your accommodation plan. Please check the details of the plan you have reserved for more information.
Is it possible to check-in early and/or check-out late?
For an additional fee, it is possible. However, it will depend on the occupancy situation. If you would like to check in early or check out late, please contact us in advance.
※Please note that we may not be able to accommodate your request depending on the ocupancy rates for that day.
Can I leave my luggage before check-in or after check-out?
Before check-in:
You can send your luggage in advance and store it until the day of check-in. Please write the reservation name and check-in date on the shipping label and contact us using the link below before shipping your luggage.

After check-out:
You can store your luggage at the front desk. Please bring it directly to the front desk.

What payment methods ae available for accommodation?
The hotel can be paid by cash, credit card, QR code payment, and Alipay. Some types of gift certificates and gift cards may also be used. Depending on the reservation site and plan, online card payments are also an option.

Regarding bad weather and disasters (typhoons, heavy rain, heavy snow, earthquakes, etc.)
In the event of a delay, suspension, or cancellation of transportation due to a disaster or bad weather, and if you are using a route eligible for airline cancellation fee exemptions (no charge), we will waive the cancellation fee for your accommodation reservation.

Are there any smoking rooms?
There are no smoking rooms. Smoking is prohibited in all rooms, including the balconies. Smoking is prohibited throughout the building. If you wish to smoke, please use the smoking area outside of the main entrance on the Lobby Floor (2nd floor).
Regarding Room Cleaning
In consideration for protecting the natural environment, we provide eco-cleaning for guests staying multiple nights. Eco-cleaning includes changing towels and pajamas and collecting trash. If you would like normal cleaning, you can apply using the QR code provided to you at check-in.

Can I invite friends from outside to my room?
Guests who are not staying in the hotel are not allowed in the guest rooms.
What functions does the guest room TV have?
You can watch Terrestrial Digital Broadcasts on the guest room TVs. If you have an account with YouTube, Netflix, Amazon Prime, Hulu, Abema, or U-NEXT, you can log in and watch the programs.
Can I control the heating and cooling of the air conditioner from the room?
Please be aware that the air conditioning in the guest rooms is managed centrally throughout the building, so it is not possible to change between heating and cooling in each individual room. The settings are adjusted according to the outdoor temperature and weather.

Smart Check-In
What is Smart Check-in and how does it work?
Smart Check-in is a service that simplifies the check-in process by allowing you to register guest information such as name, address, and phone number in advance eliminating the need to do it on arrival.
You can register your email address using the link below.

I received an email about Smart Check-in. Do I need to do anything?
You can use the Smart Check-in link to register the names, addresses, and phone numbers of all the guests (adults and children aged 7 and over) in advance. This will simplify the check-in process on the day of your arrival allowing for a smoother check-in.
※Normal check-in is possible even without registering for Smart Check-in.
What should I do if I don't receive the Smart Check-in email?
Smart check-in will be available if you register your email address and enter your personal information at least three days before check-in. Please use the registration form below.

I have booked two rooms. Can I use Smart Check-in for just one room?
If you have booked multiple rooms, you will not be able to use Smart Check-in. Please check in with the front desk staff at the counter.
Is there a deadline for registering for Smart Check-in?
The deadline for email address registration is midnight the day before check-in.
There are not enough places to enter all the names of my guests on the registration form. Is it possible to add more spaces?
When registering for Smart Check-in, please enter the names of adults and children aged 7 and over. For children aged 6 and under who will be sharing beds with their parents, please provide their names at the front desk when checking in after arriving at the hotel.
If I use Smart Check-in, do I still need to go to the check-in counter?
Simply entering your Smart Check-in details does not complete your check-in. Please be sure to come the counter with staff so they can give you the day's information etc.
If I use Smart Check-in, can I check out without stopping by the front desk?
Regardless of whether you have settled your bill or not, please be sure to complete the check-out procedure at the front desk.
If I use Smart Check-in, can I use the pool before 3pm?
You can use the pool from the check-in time of your reserved plan. However, only guests with a Club Room reservation can use the pool from 13:00.

Swimwear for rental is not available.
Can non-stay guests use the pool and spa? If so, are reservations required?
With the exception of July and August, day guests can use the pool and spa. However, priority is given to hotel guests and in the case of congestion we may refuse use. Advance reservations are not possible, so please inquire about availability on the day you would like to visit.

Please make a reservation in advance. It is possible to come without a reservation, but we may refuse your request if the facility is busy.
Can I exchange the Pool & Lunch plan for a Pool & Dinner plan?
No exchanges can be made.
Is use of the Spa included in the Pool & Lunch plan?
The Spa is not included.
Can I enter the restaurant in my swimwear?
During the lunch hours, you are permitted to use the restaurant in your swimwear. However, we request that you dry yourself thoroughly and wear a T-shirt or rash guard over your swimming suit to avoid excessive exposure. Also, please wear shoes or sandals to prevent falls.
During dinner hours, using the restaurant in swimwear is not permitted. We apologize for the inconvenience, but please be sure to change out of your swimwear before coming to the restaurant.

Is there a laundry service or a coin laundry?
There is a 24-hour coin laundry on the 1st floor.

Are there any vending machines?
There are no vending machines in the building. Please use the convenience store section in the KBC Shop on the Lobby Floor (open 7:00~24:00).

There are ice machines and microwaves on each floor except the 15th floor which are for everyone to use. Please note that there are no water servers.

Are there any souvenir shops?
The KBC Shop located on the Lobby Floor offers a wide variety of Okinawan souvenirs, including sweets and traditional crafts.

Is it possible to arrange for special cakes?
Yes, we can prepare cakes fresh cream cakes and chocolate cream cakes in various sizes for special occasions.

Do you have kids pajamas available?
We have kids pajamas (sizes 100cm, 120cm, 140cm) available at the front desk. Please ask the front desk staff.
About the kids Space Play Area
There are two kids spaces for play. One is located near to the Buffet & Grill QWACHI entrance on the Lobby Floor and is open 24 hours. The second space is on the First Floor and is open from 9:00 to 22:00.
※Please note that children under the age of 12 are not allowed to use the space alone. Parental supervision is required when using the space.
Do you have hot water for formula and detergent for washing baby bottles?
There is no hot water heater in the public areas of the hotel. Please use the electric kettle in your room to make hot water for formula.
We do not provide detergent for washing baby bottles. Please bring your own.
Do you have swim diapers?
Children who are still in diapers are required to wear swim diapers with a swim suit over them while using the pool. Swim diapers are available for purchase at the Garden Pool reception.
Is it possible to hire a babysitter?
You can use the on-site babysitting service "World Kids" at a 10% discount off the basic plan. Reservations must be made by the guest. When making a reservation, please mention that you are staying at Oriental Hotel Okinawa Resort & Spa. You can find the link for World Kids on the following webpage.

Two types of rental bicycles are available near the main entrance of the hotel. Guests must operate the services using their own smartphones.

Is there parking available?
Parking is available on the premises. It costs ¥1,000 per car per stay.
※There are no height restrictions as it is an outdoor parking area.
※We do not accept reservations. You are free to park in any parking space.
Are there any shuttle services?
A shuttle service to nearby affiliated facilities is available from 11:00 to 19:00. We do not provide a shuttle service to nearby restaurants. Please see the following link for nearby facilities.

There is a charging station for EVs (200V only) within the parking area. Please ask a staff member for details such as location when you use the parking lot.
