Hotel Information
At Oriental Hotel Okinawa Resort & Spa, we are committed to help protect our natural resources. In order to do that, rooms for guests staying multiple nights will be serviced with Eco Cleaning. Eco Cleaning services collect trash and replace used towels and pajamas without making beds or cleaning floors. With your support, we can reduce water and energy usage as well as lower greenhouse gas emissions associated with laundry services. We would appreciate your cooperation with our activities to protect the environment in Okinawa.
There is no need to make an application for Eco Cleaning. If you wish to request Full Cleaning, No Cleaning, or a specified time for Eco Cleaning, please apply by 9:00 AM on the day of your stay using the QR code on the Eco Cleaning Service Guide which is provided in your room.
BENEFITS
Guests who request No Cleaning can receive a 500 yen voucher at the front desk for use within the hotel. If you wish to use this service, please apply by 9:00 AM on the day of your stay using the QR code on the Eco Cleaning Service Guide which is provided in your room. Also, please be sure to place the PRIVACY PLEASE magnet on the outside of your guest room door.

Regarding Hygiene Management: For consecutive nights, Normal Cleaning will be performed every three nights even without an application for the purpose of hygiene management.
Regarding Privacy: If the PRIVACY PLEASE magnet is displayed, staff will not enter the room.
Arin Krin Amenity Base
The Amenity Base is an environmental conservation initiative that reduces waste by minimizing the amount of amenities placed in guest rooms. Please self-select only items which you will personally use such as bath salts, hair oil, shaving cream, etc.
