l  The cost of the reservation: the email will state it as the received amount.
l  The date of the payment received: unless otherwise stated, the reservation date will be the payment received date.
l  The service applied for: the full name of the accommodation plan will be stated.
l  Dates of the reservation: the accommodation dates will be stated.
l  The date of the email.
