Gold Award Received: 35th Okinawa Prefecture Cooking Skills Competition Chinese Cuisine Category

We are proud to announce that one of our chefs won the gold award at the 35th Okinawa Prefecture cooking Skills Competition for the Chinese Cuisine Category which was held in Novemer 2023.
Oriental Hotel is commited to the ongoing training of our staff to increase motivation and to continue to give our guests the very best service possible.
The purpose of the Okinawa Prefecture Cooking Skills Competition is to increase motivation for chefs in general and to improve their social status. Awards are given to those who with the creative use of Okinawan ingredients produce excellent results. In addition to the Chinese cuisine section, there is a Japanese cuisine section, a Western cuisine section, an ice sculpture section, a dessert section, and a student section.
