About cancellations due to typhoons
Our hotel will waive cancellation fees if your airline informs you that the fight you are planning to use to come to Okinawa from outside the prefecture or to return home is eligible for a cancellation fee waiver (no charge). If you live within the prefecture and are unable to come to the hotel due to the suspension of public transportation, you are also eligible. This cancellation fee waiver must be processed by the hotel. In addition, depending on the reservation conditions and the rules of the reservation site, a cancellation fee may be charged as usual.
