Experience making your own chocolate from cacao beans!

We are offering a chocolate-making experience workshop together with OKINAWA CACAO, a cafe and chocolate factory that combines local ingredients such as dried fruit and awamori with high-quality overseas cacao. The chocolate is made at their own factory in Ogimi Village in the northern part of Okinawa. Your chocolate can be topped with seasonal dried fruit from Okinawa and be taken home with you. You will be surprised at the flavor and deliciousness from the first bite. In addition to making your own original chocolate from cacao beans, you can also enjoy making a special chocolate drink.

OKINAWA CACAO cultivates cacao at a farm in Ogimi Village with the goal of using locally grown cacao beans to make chocolate. They desire to spread the appeal of Okinawa from the Yambaru region and through the love of chocolate, create connections between people and businesses that are rooted in that region.
