Spring in Full Bloom Strawberry Fair!
From February 3rd to April 6th, 2025, you can enjoy the sweetness of seasonal strawberries to your heart's content at our Oriental Hotels & Resorts 10th hotel-wide fair "Spring in Full Bloom Strawberry Fair".
This fair will offer a wide variety of strawberry-themed gourmet food from desserts to innovative main dish menu items. The dessert menu includes all-you-can-eat strawberries, Panna Cotta with Amaou Sauce made with Amaou strawberries, Strawberry Mont Blanc freshly made in front of you, and tiramisu and tarts made with strawberries. Other menu items include Salmon Beignets with White Balsamic and Strawberry Vinaigrette (a crispy deep-fried salmon accented with strawberries) and Exotic Roasted Magret Duck with Strawberry Sauce featuring the rich flavor of roasted foie gras duck marinated in exotic spices.
