Ryu-ka-hou, open for a limited time during the summer, offers a unique Ryukyu-Chinese dining experience. Our head chef, who is a certified nutritional medicinal food expert, prepares dishes based on the principle of ishoku-dogen—that medicine and food are one. Ingredients are sourced directly from the abundant nature of Yambaru, located in the northern part of Okinawa.
We will be offering three distinct course menus to choose from: a Table Share Course where you can enjoy a variety of dishes served on large platters; a refreshing Chinese-Style Shabu-Shabu Course, perfect for a hot summer day; and a Premium Course featuring a lineup of high-end ingredients hand-selected by our chef.
For those who wish to relax in their ocean-view rooms or by the poolside, we also offer a selection of take-out options. Enjoy dishes like Yambaru Chicken Yakitori or Cantonese-Style Sweet & Sour Pork (locally sourced).
