Volume Up Spring Fair!
There are a number of events held in Okinawa during the early spring season such as welcoming Japan's earliest cherry blossoms and whale watching as well as welcoming professional soccer and baseball teams to Okinawa for spring camps.
Our restaurant is presenting a menu called Volume Up Spring Fair in order to welcome these spring events and to feature items that are commonly used for athletes. "Kunchi" is an Okinawan word that means stamina, and there is a saying in Okinawa, "Eat a lot and you will gain 'kunchi'." We will be serving hearty protein filled dishes that also provide nutritional balance to keep you strong and energized so you can enjoy all of the events to the fullest!
