Japanese / Okinawan Breakfast Buffet using plenty of Okinawan ingredients

In addition to the existing breakfast buffet at Buffet & Grill QWACHI, a Japanese / Okinawan breakfast buffet will be served at Uchina Dining Jinanbou starting June 1, 2024.
The newly opened breakfast buffet will offer carefully selectd Japanese and Okinawan cuisine made with plenty of Okinawan ingredients. The highlight is the seafood corner inspired by local seafood marketplaces. Local tuna, squid, and sea grapes are served with a wide variety of other seafood. You can top your rice bowl with all of your favorites and finish it off with a special soy sauce.
Other classic and creative dishes that will be served are Okinawan tempura (white fish, purple sweet potato etc.), Okinawa soba using homemade Taira Noodles from a popular restaurant on Kokusai Street, and shredded carrot salad made with island carrots.
Breakfast guests can choose from either of two venues: Uchina Dining Jinanbou serving Japanese / Okinawan cuisine or Buffet & Grill QWACHI serving everything from Western food to Okinawan classic cuisine. Choose your venue to match your mood for the day!
