Midsummer Tropical Hawaiian Fair: enjoy the Hawaiian atmosphere at the buffet this summer!
Midsummer Tropical Hawaiian Fair is the seventh hotel-wide restaurant fair of Oriental Hotels & Resorts and will be available at Buffet & Grill QWACHI.
The menu will feature a wide selection of popular local Hawaiian foods such as Salmon Poke and Garlic Shrimp with Shells. In addition, we will serve hotel original dishes that will make you feel like you are in Hawaii like Pulled Pork Pizza and Tropical Mont Blanc inspired by the Pina Colada cocktail.
Our restaurant will also be offering a selection of tropical drinks. Mocktails will also be available. Guests can enjoy creating their own cocktails like Blue Hawaii which combines pineapple juice with Bols Blue, a liqueur characterized by its vivid blue color reminiscent of the ocean. Or how about a beer cocktail by adding mang liqueur to beer!
