Local Breakfast Travel Campaign 4th Round
Each group hotel offers a local breakfast menu item representing the local region. For our Local Breakfast Travel Campaign, we will select two restaurants at a time from 10 different hotels, and you will be able to vote for your favorite menu item from the choices provided. After that, for a limited time, the breakfast item voted as the most popular will be served at each of the restaurants in the 10 hotels. At the end of 2024, we will hold a vote for the most popular item as a Grand Prize. We hope you will participate with us throughout 2024 until the end!

In honor of Kobe, the birthplace of pork buns, we offer bite-sized fluffy and juicy pork buns. The combination of spices and the texture of the bun in the High Kobe Curry Bun will whet your appetite.
Bokkake Yakisoba
Bokkake is a local delicacy of Nagata Ward in Kobe and is made by simmering beef tendons and konnyaku in a sweet and spicy sauce. The chewy noodles and rich flavor of the sauce permeate your whole mouth.
Cream Croquette
This is a dish you should enjoy in Kobe where western food culture is deeply rooted. The fragrant batter and the mellow flavored cream inside are a perfect match.

Made with Saikyo Miso, this white miso soup is accented with taro and lotus root puree giving it just the right thickness and a pleasant sweetness. The head chef would like you to enjoy white rice with this dish of hospitality.
Homemade Monaka
The freshly made crispy outside of this traditional Japanese sweet is designed for you to arrange for yourself. You can sandwich yogurt with jam and fruit compote on top or choose more traditional options.

After soaking the wheat gluten in an egg mixture for about half a day, it is baken in the oven until moist. You can top it as you like with red bean paste or with fruit.
