Oriental Hotel Okinawa Resort & Spa is presenting an Asian Food Fair at the Buffet & Grill QWACHI from July 1st until August 31st. Guests can enjoy tasting flavors from a number of different Asian countries.

The menu includes a variety of delicious Asian dishes: the classic Thai Green Papaya Salad "Som Tam," a type of Thai curry made by simmering potatoes and chicken until tender; "Red Fish Tom Yum Goong-style Acqua Pazza," an arrangement of Acqua Pazza in the style of the Thai soup dish Tom Yum Goong; "Adobo," a typical Philippine home-cooked dish of pork simmered in vinegar and other seasonings; "Mimiga Chinese Dressing," a refreshing dish made with ear cartilage from Okinawa Prefecture; and "Taiwan Ramen," an addictive dish of spicy minced meat seasoned with Shaoxing wine, chili oil, and Japanese pepper. The "All-You-Can-Eat Seafood Bowl," a weekday-only menu, allows you to enjoy seafood such as tuna, salmon, and sweet shrimp in your favorite arrangement. In addition to the standard soy sauce, we also offer fish sauce, so you can enjoy it with an Asian taste.
