Autumn Superb Meat Fair! Offering a variety of stamina-boosting meat dishes from around the world.

At our Autumn Superb Meat Fair held from September 2nd until November 4th, you will be able to enjoy a variety of stamina-boosting meat dishes from around the world.

This fair is the 8th time we are offering the same menu across Oriental Hotels & Resorts restaurants. The meat fair will be held simultaneously at Oriental Hotel Tokyo Bay (Chiba), Kobe Meriken Park Oriental Hotel (Kobe), and Oriental Hotel Okinawa Resort & Spa (Okinawa).

Autumn's Superb Meat Fair offers a lineup of many delicious meat dishes from around the world, including the king of meat dishes Roast Beef Carpaccio, Chicken & Chips, Eisbein (spiced pork shanks) Terrine, Fillet Cutlet Slider, and Eastern European Stew made with Japanese black beef simmered until tender. The melt-in-your-mouth Roast Beef Carpaccio can be served on hot rice to make a roast beef bowl, while the thick fillet cutlet with its crispy texture and juicy meat can be served in a bun with pickled tartar sauce as a fillet cutlet sandwich, or it can be topped with curry to make cutlet curry. The variety is as endless as your imagination and your tastes. At the live station, a chef will prepare freshly squeezed Mont Blanc with a rich chestnut flavor right in front of you.
