Christmas High Tea - celebrate Christmas with the bounty of Okinawa!

This Christmas only available from December 20 to 25! Plan to spend a magical time in our Lobby Lounge surrounded by the nature of Yambaru enjoying a Christmas High Tea feast that uses an abundance of Yambaru ingredients.

The hors d'oeuvre stand will feature Jamon Serrano and Cheese Sticks, a pastry stick with the aroma of Yambaru spices such as turmeric, island chili peppers, and island ginger, and paired with Spanish raw ham, and Pinchos Caprese made with tomatoes and mozzarella cheese made from Okinawan milk. The main dish is Yambaru Chicken Thigh Meat Cotoletta with Colorful Warm Vegetables, a dish made by coating Okinawan chicken thigh meat with cheese breadcrumbs mixed with Yambaru long pepper and slowly baking it. Dessert is made by our patissier using strawberries from Ginoza Village. The tea served will be Kingawa Black Tea from Okinawa. For your toast, you can choose from sparkling wine or the Yambaru Tea Cocktail from the Lobby Lounge fair menu.

In addition to enjoying Christmas High Tea, the lounge area will be exhibiting "Dance with Me - Water Mirror", an art piece that breathes the nature of Yambaru created by the art duo You Ru Maru for the Yambaru Art Festival. You will be surrounded by the sparkle of Christmas and the trees of Yambaru.
