Ryukyu Hotpot available from December 10
Enoy the aroma of Yambaru ingredients and spices carefully selected by our certified nutritionist and herbalist head chef. Ryukyu Hotpot will be offered as a dinner menu beginning December 10, 2024.
Our special Ryukyu Hotpot menu offers two base soups in which to cook ingredients such as island pork and local chicken, Okinawan squid and island vegetables purchased directly from local farmers. One soup is flavored with several types of Yambaru spices such as chili peppers and autumn turmeric. The other soup features the deep flavor extracted from cooking chicken over a high heat. To finish off we offer 3 types of noodles: Okinawan soba noodles, mugwort noodles, and mozuku seaweed noodles. You will enjoy the aroma of the hotpot flavors until the very end. We invite you to spend some time warming up your body and relaxing your mind while taking in the richness of Yambaru.
