Spring Lunch Buffet ~ a variety of hearty dishes to give you energy!
"Kunchi Meshi Fair" -- Volume Up Spring Fair! is here to welcome spring at Oriental Hotel Okinawa Resort & Spa from March 1 to May 31, 2025.
"Kunchi" is an Okinawan word meaning stamina or energy. Since the pool and Kariyushi Beach will be opening the beginning of March, we wanted to prepare a lunch that will give you the energy and stamina needed to be able to enjoy those activities to the fullest! The menu offers a varietyy of appetizing dishes such as Peperoncino Mozuku seasoned with garlic and chili peppers, Chicken Leg Confit simmered slowly with herbs and spices, and Roasted Beef Belly with Ravigote Sauce (the vinegar acidity brings out the flavor of the meat and, in French, ravigote means to make you feel energized). The open kitchen provides you with Today's Stamina Bowl. Mabo Bowl, Roast Pork Bowl, Chicken Cutlet Salsa Bowl, and others will rotate on a daily basis.
