Local Menu Campaign 2025 - Part 2
Breakfast at Oriental Hotels & Resorts
Transform your morning into a satisfying experience!
We have a variety of exciting menu items, such as the "Croffle Benedict," a waffle made with croissant dough (croffle) topped with poached eggs and drenched in rich cheese sauce, the "Thick Beef Burger," brimming with juices and prepared right in front of you by the chef, and fresh orange juice made from fresh whole oranges.
Local Menu Campaign
Each of the group hotels offers a local menu item that represents their region. Each part of the Local Menu Campaign will showcase three restaurants selected from among 12 group hotels. Guests will be able to vote for their favorite menu item for a limited time. The most popularly voted item will be added to the breakfast of all 12 group hotels for a limited time. In addition, five guests who voted for the most popular item will be entered into a drawing to win a pair of accommodation vouchers for the hotel that was selected as the winner.

Part 2: Chiba, Kyoto, Fukuoka edition
Chiba Prefecture's Boso Peninsula is known as the birthplace of dairy farming in Japan, and a unique food culture has developed alongside its abundant nature. One of these dishes is "tori-dose (chicken porridge)," a beloved local dish with deep roots in the region. It is a hearty dish that uses plenty of chicken meatballs. This time, we have prepared "Tori-Dose-Style Soup," a miso-based version of "tori-dose." The soup is infused with the flavor of chicken, and the fluffy, soft dumplings and gentle sweetness of local vegetables spread throughout the dish, creating a heart-warming flavor. Please enjoy the warmth of Boso with this special soup bowl.
The birthplace of white miso presents a specially made bowl of white miso in honor of Kyoto. The addition of taro and lotus root puree brings out the gentle sweetness of the ingredients and a smooth texture. Finished with the aroma of yuzu (citrus), this white miso soup has a nostalgic yet sophisticated flavor. Please enjoy this signature menu item which has been loved by many guests since the hotel first opened.
Hakata Ramen, a popular local dish representing Fukuoka Prefecture, is a cloudy pork bone soup with super-thin straight noodles and a simple yet profound flavor. The harmony of the fragrant soup and noodles will whet your appetite, so please enjoy this special bowl of ramen.
