Ruby Cacao Cocktail ￥1,600
This cocktail has a rich and fruity flavor that combines rum from Ie Island with the flavor of cacao nibs carefully selected by OKINAWA CACAO FACTORY & CAFE and ruby chocolate which is said to be the fourth chocolate. The mellow aroma and sweetness of the cacao is balanced by the acidity of the berries creating a cup that tastes like a high-quality sweet.
Smoky Coffee Martini ￥1,600
This addictive cocktail is made by combining Nago City's Helios Sake Brewery's awamori "Kura" with the flavor of coffee and chocolate and accented with island chili peppers. The variety of flavors produces a captivating cup and is finished off with the aroma of smoke.
