This buffet style menu uses plenty of Okinawan ingredients including local seafood. Top your rice bowl with your favorite toppings inspired by the Okinawan seafood marketplaces. Or try some classic Okinawan tempura or soba. For breakfast guests, you can choose between Uchina Dining Jinanbou breakfast and Buffet & Grill QWACHI breakfast which serves everything from Western cuisine to classic Okinawan cuisine. You can choose your breakfast to match your food for the day.

We use tuna, squid, and sea grapes from the coastal waters of Okinawa. Top your rice bowl with your favorite toppings and finish it off with our special soy sauce.

Okinawa Soba
Our special Okinawan soba noodles are homemade by Taira Noodles, a popular item on Kokusai Street. You can also add toppings such as tempura.

Tempura
Classic Okinawan tempura uses plenty of eggs and is characterized by its thick batter. White Fish, Purple Sweet Potato, or Okinawan Pumpkin.

Stir-Fry
"Champuru" means to mix in the Okinawan dialect. Local favorites for this stir-fry are tofu and vegetables.
