We have a wide selection of special menus perfect for the cold season, such as "Cheddar Seafood Chowder," which combines seafood chowder, a winter gourmet staple, with rich cheddar cheese, and "Orzo and Mushroom Risotto with Truffle Flavor and Sautéed Grafoie," which is a sustainable, innovative foie gras made from chicken liver on top of truffle-flavored risotto.
