"HOT! Winter Kitchen" is the theme for our winter buffet experience, offering the inviting aroma of spices and herbs. The lineup features dishes perfect for winter, such as herbal soy milk pot-au-feu simmered with local ingredients, and a rich gratin fragrant with Middle Eastern spices and Gorgonzola. The menu also includes dishes to beautifully celebrate the year-end and New Year holidays, such as Ezo venison terrine and crab and lobster cream croquettes. Please savor this winter feast that stimulates the appetite and warms you to the core.
The sweets corner also features a succession of playful and wintry menus. The "Cream Cheese Mont Blanc" is a luxurious Mont Blanc where you choose from several types of cake and then layer it with cheese-flavored cream. During the Christmas period, you can also add toppings inspired by a Christmas tree. At the Chocolate Fondue corner, you can enjoy an arrangement inspired by Dubai chocolate.

Tuna Corner
The waters off Okinawa are famous as one of Japan's leading tuna fishing grounds. Tuna eaten in Okinawa is fresh, never-frozen, and characterized by its melt-in-your-mouth sweetness. At our hotel, we offer tuna in a variety of ways including sashimi with grated yam and mountain wasabi as well as cutlets and oven-baked tuna.

The daily rotating selection of Stir-Fry offers classics like Goya Champuru and Kubu Irichi (Kelp) Champuru. In the Okinawa Soba Corner, we offer Mozuku Noodles made with locally grown mozuku seaweed and the slightly bitter Yomogi Noodles. Pair these with our standard pork bone-based broth or try them with Chinese or Western style soups.
