Taiwanese Chicken Rice Bowl
Tender shredded chicken served over warm rice with two savory sauces. Nutritious and comforting, it’s the perfect dish to start your morning. Enjoy it two ways: enjoy it as-is to experience Taiwan's popular local street food "Ji-Rou-Fan," or pour our hot broth over it to enjoy it "Keihan" (Chicken Rice) style—a traditional dish bridging Okinawa and mainland Japan.

Blue Seal Ice Cream
Born in Okinawa and loved for over 40 years, this ice cream is famous for its light, refreshing texture. Enjoy a rotating daily selection of 10 different flavors. Don't miss our exclusive flavor, Yambaru Double Shower, developed in collaboration with Motobu Town. Made with locally grown kabuchii (Okinawan citrus) and acerola, it offers a wonderfully refreshing taste of the Yambaru region.

Tropical Pineapple Burger
This luxurious burger features a juicy 100% beef patty topped with carefully grilled pineapple, marinated slowly in Okinawan black sugar. The savory richness of the meat combines with the sweet, fragrant, and melting fruit, creating an exquisite taste that evokes a tropical breeze with every bite.

Truffle Egg Benedict
A poached egg is placed on a croffle and finished with a rich aroma of truffle sauce and crispy bacon. Enjoy the texture that combines the rich flavor of the egg with the salty taste of the bacon.

Smoked Salmon Egg Benedict
A poached egg and smoked salmon are placed on a croffle and finished with a red shiso-flavored sauce. The accompanying dill and red shiso favors bring out the deep flavor of the salmon and melts together in your mouth with the flavor of the egg.

A new drink corner has been set up where you can instantly enjoy freshly squeezed oranges from a juicer filled with whole oranges. When there is no middle processing, the loss of nutrients is minimized and you can enjoy the pure deliciousness of the oranges in a glass.
